Pakistan – Today, a suicide bomber targeted police and detonated himself inside a crowded mosque within a well guarded security facility, killing 59 people in the process.

According to authorities, the assailant entered the “Red Zone” area, which houses the police and counterterrorism offices in the tense northwest city of Peshawar, by passing through a number of obstacles monitored by security personnel.
